I'm new here and really appreciate all the useful information available!

Last fall, my Kobelco SK150 began displaying a CPU code on the screen. The engine would occasionally idle too low, exceed that low idle threshold, and then suddenly stop. At times, I couldn’t control the throttle, and the auto-acceleration green LED would flash. The CPU code would appear intermittently—sometimes remaining on the display and other times flashing quickly.

I reached out to two Kobelco dealers for assistance. One suggested I replace the computer, while the other suspected a wiring short might be the issue and thought the computer was likely functioning correctly.

Has anyone experienced similar problems? Would it be beneficial for me to purchase a Kobelco excavator diagnostic tool? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated
